Return & Refund / Exchange Policy Jackethit is highly concerned about the best customer experience and satisfaction. While we strive to provide the best products, we understand under conditions may require returns or exchanges. Therefore, if you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will make it happen.

15 Days Easy Return and Exchange Policy: Customers can exchange or refund the item within 15 days of order placement. Products must be in its original condition, unused and price label. After 15 days the company will not remain responsible for any sort of error or dissatisfaction. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept the product where proper care instructions are not being followed.

Once the order is received the item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received the returned product. We struggle every day to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. It is our motive to never compromise on quality. However, certain reasons may require return and exchange. If you think you have received the wrong products, or clothes or you have any queries – simply contact us by email  sales@jackethit.com

Return/Exchange policy:

  • We Also Accept defective and non-defective products.
  • No product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product.
  • Right before sending your jacket, our quality assurance team will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather, and pattern. If you have further queries so please email us at our provided email address and ask us about the issues regarding the article.

Refunds (if applicable) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they are perishable (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines) or where they are intimate or sanitary goods, or where they are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Others in this website products have available refunds.

How long before a refund shows on my card? All refunds can only be applied back onto the card that was used to purchase your order; refunds are processed once all of the criteria found on this page relating to the  reason for a refund have been met. Please note from the point where a refund is processed by our team it can take up to 7 working days to show up on your bank account statement.

My order does not contain all of the items ordered? On occasion we may be unable to send all of your order together, if this is the case we will notify you of this and provide details of when you can expect to receive the rest of your order. This will be detailed either on your invoice which can be found in your parcel or in a document enclosed pocket on the outside of your parcel or via the email address you supply with your order.
